We provide online language learning services, specializing in Spanish and Catalan lessons:

4. Booking and Payment
4.1. Booking

Lessons must be booked via our website.

Prices start from €35 for a one-to-one, 55-minute session unless otherwise stated. There are packs that contain cheaper deals (from €28).

Prices may change without prior notice. The price at checkout is final. In case of an error during the booking process, the company must ask for the price written down on the shop.
4.2. Payment

Payment must be made before the lesson.

For bank transfers, additional handling charges may apply and will be communicated before payment.
5. Rescheduling and Cancellation

You may reschedule lessons up to 24 hours before the lesson without penalty.

Cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled lesson may not be refunded.

Rescheduling is subject to teacher availability and must be agreed upon in advance.

If the student does not attend the class after 30 minutes, the class will be considered as a cancellation and, therefore, the lesson will not be refunded.
6. Certificates
Upon request, we issue a personalized certificate of attendance after completion of your course.
